Over the last few weeks, I've caught up with a few schools to check out their biggest prospects and see what other names were emerging as college prospects.

Here, we check out Pinson Valley, Park Crossing, McGill-Toolen and Paul Bryant to close out spring.

PINSON VALLEY (May 11)

Pinson Valley is looking like a region championship contender after the Nixes - coach Patrick and son Bo - have moved into down.

Florida State was there on this day watching the star quarterback Nix, who has offers from Alabama, Auburn, Clemson, Ohio State, Georgia and many more. He's just going to be a junior.

Receivers like Dylan Henderson and LiAllen Dailey will see their stock rise even more. Henderson recently earned an offer from Jacksonville State offer. Dailey has Louisville and Arkansas State. He's a 6-foot-2 physical receiver who will be a matchup problem.

Patrick Nix feels big offers will come in for defensive lineman Desmond Scott. Jackie Matthews was last year's quarterback. He's mostly playing cornerback and receiver and is the backup quarterback.

"Jackie's got a ton of talent," Patrick Nix said. "There's a little bit of unknown. A lot of people are very intrigued."

Defensive back Rhasaan Christian is getting looks in the 2019 class. Pinson Valley also has an incoming freshman athlete that power 5 college coaches know about.

His nickname is "Kool-Aid." That's all I've got.
