I have no doubt that they do, but - without any inside knowledge to back it up - I would be willing to bet there are 3-5 players at the position they'd accept a commitment from over him.

I know this is the 2018 MEGATHREAD but Rivals has put out some stuff from last year's class (non-premium) that I thought I would share:
