McElwain could walk on water and still have people complain he doesn't know how to swim.
He can't just force people to come to Florida, and the entire year I listened to people bitch about recruiting -- we land a strong recruiter ''but he better know how to coach. ''
I'd think it'd be obvious we were doing that.

Straw you just need to chill the frick out.
He hired two guys that can recruit, and one unknown quantity, but it looks like the unknown guy has a lot of energy, so that is great and UF needed that on the OL big time.
But Gray was known as being one of the best position coaches in the game from a training stand point. This is a tough year to lose his elite training ability when UF has 6 new DB's, and probably 3 of them will need to play a lot this year.
If the new guy is not as good in that regard, it will hurt given the player turnover at the position.
That is not me pooping on the gators coach.
