So then you agree with me that we need to do MUCH better at recruiting within the state first and then compliment that with those "equally" rated guys from out of state.

Again. Wrong. You're missing the point. Stop accepting mediocrity.
The program would be better off to get those 4 star in state players AND the comparable players from out of state INSTEAD of the comparable players from out of state and then low hanging fruit.
