That’s because similarly rated recruits have committed to Mizzou.

So what you are saying is that if we dropped the worst players from each respective class, Mizzou would not have been better with the likes of:

Pipkins - Good enough to get signed temporarily as a UDA.
Neal - Believe currently in the NFL
Rose-Ivey - Contributed at Nubs
Chesson - Believe he is in the NFL
Elliott - No brainer
Collins - Believe he is in the NFL
Wallace - Contributing at Arky
Johnson - Believe he is in the NFL
Wren - Contributing a little at ASU
Lee - Got cut, but was good enough to get drafted
Bonner - Believe he's starting for ND
Akinmoladun - Starting for the Nubs
Hentges - Starting for Bama
Ofodile - Playing a bit and looking at our WR's, yes, he'd help
C. Davis - Yes, he's playing for Nubs
K. Davis - Him too with Nubs
Bryant - Couple of 100 yard games before getting hurt

Again, not comparing them to our top players like Crockett. But to the bottom portion of each class. Personally, I think we would have been a better team the last several years if we had these guys complementing the top end instead of the likes of Shaun Rupert and Levi Copelin.

They’re not serious. It’s just excuses to keep the clock ticking on this failed experiment.

This are almost all 4 star players. Mizzou hasn’t gotten many of that type of player from out of state.
You would have to show who Mizzou signed after missing on each of those players, then compare. If a comparable player was signed then them being from Missouri isn’t important.
