Scratch that, I see Durds answered on the SEC recruiting thread about TL... something about an exemption for early visitation due to early signing period change this year. Will look into it later unless someone has a link handy already.

The difference between the two is probably only marginal...like one is a 99.9 the other a 99.8. The other 21 starters and then guys off the bench will be the difference between the two.

FWIW that's based on what someone else has said about why it's permissible. If anyone does have a link addressing it I'd be interested to see as well
