People keep posting this, but literally no linked article has mentioned it. Do you have a link for this? I'm not saying it's impossible but damn this looming doom of no back counting is getting ridiculous.

There was a link in the SEC Recruiting thread the other day discussing the proposed new rules for next year. Will they become the law? Who knows. But the possibility is out there.
