Mac's a good coach. Yesterday was a great day, but he still could improve as a recruiter. I'm not totally sure what the issue is. I think there's some disconnect in his timeline of when you evaluate a player and when it's time to pull the trigger on the offer. Seems like he might be getting to the party late on some of these guys. I don't know what the answer is. Maybe he needs some support staff guys that are there for nothing but evaluating HS talent.
