Muschamp is not McElwain.

Kirby is like Muschamp.

Never ran a program, can recruit really well, but doesn't seem to be put together when coaching and have it transfer to the field.

Georgia recruits amazingly no matter who is the head coach, but Georgia didn't need another guy to maintain the 9 win season, they needed someone to push it over, and there's way too much talent on that team to get absolutely glazed by Florida who doesn't even have an offense.

If McElwain gets an offense, we can be confident he will outcoach Kirby, just like he's going to do with Muschamp and even Butch.
