I definitely agree. Bates and Bates west are so far away you feel like you have your own thing going.
Bates west is apartment style, 4 people share two bedrooms, a common room, a bathroom, and a kitchen. Roaches are a problem, but it's much better than Bates House. Bates house is a dumpster (minus the buffet on the bottom floor)
