McBryde was supposed to be gone by now but the recession happened and so it took a backseat. If you haven't noticed they've been slowly getting rid of the "quad".. it's now L-shaped. The location of McBryde was going to be the location of the new Student Health Center and the current SHC was going to be renovated into an addition of the Russell House.. but that plan fell through. Either way, McBryde has to go. It sits right on Blossom Street, which is a major University thoroughfare.. McBryde does not need to be the first building people see when the drive through campus.
