Yes and that's a shame.

Still, why is Alabama's education system way more highly rated than Georgia's? and consistently I might add. Georgia continuously competes with Louisiana and Mississippi for last place in the country.

Very glad we moved from Georgia to Colorado. Been here for about 3 years now and no day goes by where I miss it.

Pretty sure it's not. I don't recall ever seeing Alabama ranked ahead of Georgia.

I don't think I've ever seen a metric in which Alabama ranks ahead of Georgia in secondary or post-secondary education.
