Yes and that's a shame.

Still, why is Alabama's education system way more highly rated than Georgia's? and consistently I might add. Georgia continuously competes with Louisiana and Mississippi for last place in the country.

Very glad we moved from Georgia to Colorado. Been here for about 3 years now and no day goes by where I miss it.

In Alabama, over 82% of residents read at least at the level of a HS graduate.

SEC states Literacy Level = HS:
