Me and a couple buddies are thinking about heading down for this game. Any recommendations for things to do in College Station while we're there (places to eat, etc.). I'm also curious for the best way to get tickets, as well as the best places to sit in the stadium, and figured y'all would be the best group to ask.
Appreciate all the help in advance

Where are you coming from? If you're coming from Houston I would stop at Hulabaloo Diner on the way in Wellborn. If you're coming from Dallas or Austin it's out of the way though.
There is a serious lack of good breakfast places IMO in BCS if you're looking to eat before. Perhaps others will have some better suggestions here. If after, I would check out Northgate and eat at one of the bars there. Dixie Chicken has a kickass burger actually and it won't be packed to the brim like on a game weekend, so it would actually be a good time to stop by there. When we play UGA in 2028 or whatever it will likely still be a tourist trap on home game weekends. Blackwater Draw on NG is good and brews their own beer, and Fargo's in Bryan has some of my favorite BBQ in the state if you aren't looking to be in a bar
Tickets should be readily available since we blow. There really isn't a bad seat in the house, student section is on both end lines so you may want to be further away from that. I've typically found seats low down in the upper level at center court for really reasonable prices. They should be out there on all the secondary market sites. I've always found Flash Seats to be the easiest and the AD pushes it pretty hard so you may have the best choice there.

Breakfast: Mi Familia off of baron road if coming from the south side of B/CS (Houston), Jessie's Taqueria if coming through Bryan.
Lunch/Dinner: sodalacks if you want a good chicken fried steak or something of that nature. Casa Rod or Papa Perez if wanting Mexican. Razoos, wings n more, and grubburger are all good choices on university drive and easy to find. Fargos pit BBQ is the best BBQ joint in town but you have to go to Bryan to get it.
Tickets, we aren't good so no worries there. Just walk up and buy some....

Appreciate the help. I'm hopeful we can play on the road as well as we did against Ole Miss and Florida.
I definitely want to come back for our football game in Kyle, because I've heard the atmosphere is incredible. Unfortunately that isn't until 2025 so I guess I'll settle for basketball in the meantime.

yeah, our basketball atmosphere is the opposite of that.
