You answered your own question.
We have the athletic program, the facilities, and the talent to actually do something.
We have a new(ish) coach who is recruiting even better, and who has room to grow as the head guy.
But no tell us more about our equal situation.

So...you don't see the difference between a first-year head coach and a guy going into his ninth year? You don't see the talent returning from this year and the talent coming in for next? Add that to what's already been said by Dirty. Sheesh.......are you blind?
