Robertson is saying Todd Grantham is the early leader in the club house.

Prepare yourselves to offseason grind.

Message board rumors:
Louisville 247
Louisville Scout

Apparently this is for real. No idea what it's going to actually cost us. He turned down the Raiders last year and has 3 years left on a 1.4 million/year contract.

Not sure what to do with my hands.

I just don't see us matching that unless he is going to take a reduction just to get back in sec

Supposedly he's been shopping around for an SEC or NFL job. Not sure why the change of heart about Louisville but between the spying incident and Petrino it isn't a stretch to assume there are valid reasons.

All over our and their message boards, and I have also heard it from a friend who would know. Still early but it seems that there is something there at least.

Would be huge for obvious reasons, but also a massive help to have someone who HS installed the 3-4 at other places.

I love John Cohen's Mississippi State.

I heard some noise about him during the run up to their bowl. He is not happy with Petrino. He doesn't think Petrino gives a flip about helping the defense with anything, including bringing in any talent.

According to CardinalChampions, he'll be able to pick right up where Sirmon left off. I just don't see him coming to State. We'd be more likely to hire his brother off their staff and make him DC.

Re: Grantham?

I hope he leaves. Our pass rush was horrible, we got burned down field repeatedly, and opponents seemingly always converted on 3rd down. His defense made UK look like a pro team. His schemes are easy for opponents to read.

Yeah in about 5 minutes I gathered that some of their fans are arse over end retarded. Dude has them ranked in the top 15 defenses, in the ACC.

And that's fresh off a transition to the 3-4.

All fan bases have retards. No story there...

His defenses were #6, #8, and #14 in the past 3 years.

Get out the checkbook. MDGA - Make Defense Great Again... repeal Sirmoncare!

This is all but a done deal. Your issue will be keeping him over the next 2 years.

Did we just take Louisville's DC and give them our garbage?

I don't know what's going on right now. Did we just shell out big money for an assistant and get Louisville to take Sirmon?

John Cohen you silver tongued SOB.

Going to pick up sculpting as a hobby just so I can make a John Cohen statue for my lawn.
