TD - I agree with your points. If Richt had been able to keep his classes entact for a full cycle I think he is still our Head Coach.

You mentioned the cultures change, I talked to MB-82 one year at a summer camp and he talked about how there were a lot of kids who burn out and stop caring. I wish Richt would have ran them off. Kirby might not end up winning as much as Richt did, who knows, but it does seem as if he is solving some of the culture and recruiting issues we previously had.
