I think we learned a lot about how Kirby approaches these issues with th way he handled Ledbetter versus Rivers:
Stupidity just won't be tolerated; there are rules and they will be followed and disregarding warnings and suspensions is a quick way out.
But if a guy wants to get better and is willing to work toward rehabilitating himself, discipline will be given but mercy will be shown in the long run

Bar stools - I was alluding to that.
TD - I agree with your points. If Richt had been able to keep his classes entact for a full cycle I think he is still our Head Coach.
You mentioned the cultures change, I talked to MB-82 one year at a summer camp and he talked about how there were a lot of kids who burn out and stop caring. I wish Richt would have ran them off. Kirby might not end up winning as much as Richt did, who knows, but it does seem as if he is solving some of the culture and recruiting issues we previously had.
