Saban did not get a Gatorade bath for winning the 2010 Capital one bowl. He gets one for winning national title games. Giving a Gatorade bath for winning a random bowl game is something programs that have no chance to compete nationally do.

Or it could be that the players are excited about winning their last game of the year. It has been a long season for those guys and they want to enjoy winning their bowl game.
