I love your interest in college hoops. One of the great sports out there

But you are supremely overrating some of these out of conference wins. Syracuse for example is a freaking terrible team. So is texas. So is Oklahoma, Houston, etc

Seton hall and Miami are good though. That's it

Texas will be a good team by seasons end. They have a lot of young guys, but are really talented. They just beat a decent UAB team by 36 points. They'll be in the mix for an NCAA bid in the Big 12.

Oklahoma isn't bad. They have close losses to quality teams and beat Clemson. Like Texas, they're young and will get better as the season moves along. Again, they could be in the mix for an NCAA bid.

Houston is far from a bad team. Their two losses are to LSU and Arkansas. They are one of the favorites in the American to win the league. Thats certainly not bad to have on your resume.

Syracuse can never be counted out. They may start the year out slow and then win their league tourney. I mean, on January 9th of last season they were just 9-7 overall then made a run to the Final Four.
