I'm not trying to tell you the obvious, but there is a ridiculous amount of photoshop tutorials on YouTube. I realize it has so many features that it can be intimidating to even figure out what to search when you're getting started but it is by far the best way to learn.

Just google as you go. Somebody has asked basically every question before. It's how I learned and most ppl for that matter.
