LSU have backup qb syndrome with their assistant coaches
No one is more popular than the backup quarterback. LSU fans can't get enough of their assistant coaches. Just so great. But they can't wait to yell about the head coaches worthless pieces of shite

I mean we do have a pretty good staff besides our head coach. Corey Raymond has brought in the number 1 DB class for the past 2 years so he's an awesome recruiter and just as good position coach. Losing him would suck. And there were rumors that he was leaving so this is really good news.

You guys do have an elite stable of assistants. I don't know who your athletic director is but he deserves a raise for bringing in all those guys.

Except the head coach makes the calls on position coaches. So Les Miles deserves that praise. Orgeron was the one to extend Aranda and Raymond and also hire Canada.

LSU had the highest rated DB class of the past two years. IDK if he was talking about on the field play or recruiting wise though.

Good on LSU to go ahead and give him the raise and extension he deserved. Sad he had to flirt with other schools to get it, but ultimately LSU did the right thing for one of their own.
