Saban is a great coach and there is absolutely no denying that fact. Now, Bama has had 6 straight #1 recruiting classes and they get a lot of recruits who are #1 at their position. Don't downplay the advantage Bama enjoys which is talent all over the field.

We know Saban can win and dominate with talented kids. LSU lost 3 games on avg a year when he coached there. He did much worse than that at Michigan St. I know he's a better coach today but would like to see how he does with less talent.
