One and done is ruining college basketball. The best teams are just that...teams.
Despite all the raw talent at some schools, the consistent factor in most teams' success is senior leadership. You see it every year a team on the cusp of greatness but they lose a critical player to the draft.

Every team has to deal with one and done. Why would that hurt the SEC more than any other conference?
