Jake Allen is our QB commit for this class and it appears we are looking to possibly add another transfer not sure if we will recruit another HS player. Prob depends on the situation.

Also as I don't watch Auburn that much since we never play, but doesn't you offense need the QB to be a good runner? IDK how good of a runner Stidham is but White doesn't appear to be a true dual threat.

I hate to say I do not get to watch Florida much either. I hate that because I used to love our games against each other.

Stidham is supposed to be DT, he did break his ankle in one game his freshmen year. What you are referring to has been a pretty big argument within the fanbase. Some say Gus can adapt to a non-running qb (he did at other schools). I am of the opinion his system works best with a real threat to run at qb. That is not Sean White, he can run in spots, but I cringe every time he "slides" before a hit.

All that being said, the offense was looking pretty good when White was healthy, but we had not backup. Best case scenario in my mind is Stidham starts and White stays as the backup. Given the risks with running quarterbacks, it would be fair to say there is a good chance the backup would start at least some games.
