So now y'all are one year into a new coaching regime, what are your thoughts? What changes do you want made if any? What is BO's plan for recruiting and development for the next couple of years?
I noticed Mizzou fans saying BO abandoned his own defense, so I assume that is where he starts. I wonder if he is going to get back into Texas more, as Pinkel had a lot of success there.
I now realize this seems like a trap so if it makes you feel better frick you. Now with that out of the way let's talk football.

Not so much that as he thought the coach who he hired(who has been fired) would have way more control, and be a big part of that defense. He was not. So WiBO had to go back to assisting the defense.

Team was young, there are promising aspects, there are very negative aspects.
The real 800 pound gorilla though is the recruiting. That is in a total valley right now, the SEC move doesn't seem to have generated any more avenues, in fact it looks like it overall may have hurt recruiting.
Without that aspect coming into play it's not realistic to compete with Florida/Georgia/Tenner and whoever the west throws at them annually. The athletes are too good, and at some point may even be well coached.

Changes I want: our defense from last year to show up
As far as defensive changes that WiBO wants: he wants to run the "read & react" D but our D guys are illiterate so until he gets new recruits that can run that scheme we won't
We're already in Texas
