Freeze believes in recruiting wins championships. If your OC doesnt recruit and you dont have someone recruiting for him anymore due to void waiver, you arent following your philosophy of its not the x's and o's but the jimmy and joes. Agree or disagree, its not play calling but recruiting that got Werner the ax.
Supposedly Freeze had his guy before firing him so we should know soon.

This was pure speculation, thrown out by McReady after admitting that he was "blindsided" by the Werner news.
Right now, I'd be putting my money on the guys who keep saying that more heads are going to roll. They've been right so far
