It is all about talent. He has the ability to get great players. Look at his first year at Ala. He did not have the talent and he stunk. At Miami he could not stock pile talent and he stunk. At Michigan State his teams were bad until he was able to get TALENT. Look at the old ball coach,he was great at FL. when he could hand pick his talent but only average when he could not. There are a number of coaches who would win with Al's talent.
