I agree that this year was a little odd, and as others noted the committee does seem to change what it values.

But I would think if you are Big12 Team or a PAc12 Team, this season would lead you think you have a better shot not taking the risk instead of playing a tough OOC game.

Again, I think they compromised a bit by favoring OOC for one team and Conference Title for another.

But I would think weaker conferences would focus on the second option.
