Lick a dead dogs arse. We have 2 DT next year. 6 LBers, and zero proven cbs returning. Our best spots are DE and S. This team has talent issues on both sides of the ball. We have exactly 1 commit for the OL-DL. We have zero proven QBs, an average OL, 1 proven WR, 2 good RBs and average TEs. The offense isn't going to magically be fixed by just changing out 1 position. How many of our players would even make the 2 deep at FSU, Bama, LSU, Michigan, OSU, etc?

Ivey
Brantley
Davis
Tabor
Wilson
AC81
Maye
Cece

DT depth is a huge concern. But we return 16 out of 17 OL if Sharpe goes pro, and all 17 if he doesn't. I think we want 18, so this wasn't a year of needing more offense linemen as badly as in the past. But you can't say no to talented guys like Leatherwood, Telfort, Donaldson, etc. if they want in the class. I think we need some beef at DT in this class and 2 or 3 more DBs which I expect us to get in a combination of Brad Edwards, Brian Edwards, Tray Bishop, Shaun Wade. This DB class is gonna be sick. And I like that Malik Davis kid at RB and adding Daquan Greens size and WR and probably James Robinsons size as well when he commits on NSD.

And to your point about very few of our players starting at other elite schools, I think it's fair to say that our whole starting secondary including Marcell Harris and Duke Dawson and Marcus Maye (1st team AA last year) could start anywhere, Davis and Anzalone when healthy could start anywhere, and Cece and Brantley on the DL would play anywhere. On offense, I think Scarlett and Perine could get carries at most schools, Callaway obviously and Cleveland showed flashes so he'd see the field too. I think Martez Ivey and David Sharpe would be able to start at FSU and get playing time at most schools.
