it doesn't seem fair to me that a team that didn't play an extra game in a conference championship can make the playoffs over teams that were in their conference championship. players get hurt in the conference title games and OSU benefits for the playoffs by not playing in one.

Yeah I'm an LSU fan, you don't have to convince me that conference champions don't deserve to be in the final hunt.
In all seriousness though Ohio State has some great wins this season: Michigan, @OU and @Whisky. No one has a resume like theirs.

It's not about fair, it's about ratings and $$, it's been that way since 2010 when Cam was declared eligible.
