That's the problem with Tennessee, they are always behind the curve on things everyone else sees.
- Should've fired Fulmer after 2005. Nope, let him linger around 3 more seasons and completely dilute the roster.
- Dooley should've been fired after Kentucky loss in 2011. Nope, keep him around for another year with brand new assistants all over the place and a horrendous recruiting class that set Tennessee's roster back two year.
When the head coach at Tennessee is reaching out via his agent to far lesser places like Purdue and Houston and they aren't interested, that should be a clue that it's time to cut bait on the clown show that is Butch Jones.
But no, they will keep him around another annum just so he can recruit another shitty class, further dropping Tennessee in the SEC talent wise and making the job less appealing for the next guy
