So MSU streak ends at 7, right?
Before you jump on this, I don't think any A&M fan is excited about a bowl this year. We clearly suck.

Given how much easier it is to make bowls these days, long streaks will be far more common than they were in the past.

MSU will make it to a bowl. Not enough bowl teams.

we really topped out at 30, now there's 40 fricking bowl games.
20 was really enough. wish it was 15 or less.

Unfortunately you've got a ways to go to catch up to Ole Miss's percentage win record.
Bowl Percentage Win Records
Interesting fact: Ten of fourteen SEC teams have winning records in bowl games. Pretty impressive.

That's because we played much tougher opponents than you, higher tier bowls.

I'm pretty sure that for a team with a losing record to make a bowl (MSU is 5-7) it is solely a function of their APR compared to other 5-7 teams for the year. That's why Vandy fans were confident of making a bowl before beating UT to get to 6 wins. I have no idea what MSU's APR is, but I'm guessing it is mediocre.

You would be guessing wrong, stupid jar-nutter.

Clemsons would be a few years more if not for the fight in 2003

Well, good, if true. You have numbers for MSU and OM? Or did you just want to use "jar-nutter" in a post?

MSU is 971 and Ole Miss is 958.

The fight was in 2004. But you're correct, Clemson would be at 18 if not for the postseason ban. But that's not how this works.
