Agree. If/when A&M hires Morris, he should have a much deeper candidate pool. Only limitations would be:

1. Which coaches are willing to work for him. A year or 2 at Baylor (on top of 2 yrs at SMU hopefully give him sufficient networking and assistants enough confidence)
2. How much any buyouts we owe limits our assistant pool money

Put me down for liking him to Baylor too. Let them take the risk and see if he's a good coach, and if he is, bring him home to CS if (when IMO) Sumlin doesn't work out.
