At most, you can say we had 4 penalties due to noise. We had 1 delay of game (on the punter) and 3 false starts (and one of them was bogus). Our other penalties were illegal block on a punt, and an ineligible receiver downfield.

Also BS. Supposed "covered by" WR was 4 yards off the line of scrimmage.
