I come in peace till gameday. Heading to Columbia for the Hogs - Tigers game. Probably going to head up a day early, what are the best restaurants / bars / things to see and do in your esteemed town?

Went to the bball game a couple years ago when I lived in STL.

They've got a street similar to Dickson thats got some solid spots. We hung at Harpo's for a while which is pretty similar to Grub's.

It's between 10th and 9th street. There is a lots of stuff down there. I'd just walk around.

Overall the environment totally sucks there. Unfortunate because its a nice town. Watch out for safe space, victims and a shite ton of SJWs.

It's a tragedy we have to play that game every year but try your best to enjoy it.

Restaurants-
Flat Branch
Addison's
Room 38
Stadium Bar and Grill

Bars-
shiloh's(more of the alumni type of game day bar)
Shot Bar
Harpos
Penguin Piano bar

I'm 26, and the list are all my favorite spots.

If you're trying to enjoy yourself it's best to avoid watching Mizzou football at all cost. Don't get me wrong, you will start on a high note since the hogs will obviously win, but it just gets sad somewhere through the second quarter... Very very sad...

Apparently there's a sweet petting zoo near the stadium on game days

Mizzou fans - first visit to CoMo

FIFY

Let's avoid the confusion in the future.

One Columbia is not like the other ... one was a village/town before the other was even discovered by white men.

One does not have safe spaces nor BLM ... the other is the birthplace of those two things.

One is the capital of a deep south state ... the other is in a yankee state.

With all of that said, you're going to enjoy your visit to CoMo ... it's a nice college town. Chubby pasty women ... but they all have pretty smiles and pleasant dispositions and they're quick to tell you that they do not agree with the radicals who have soiled their beloved Mizzou.

If I was looking for a hippy breeder of linebacker babies I'd probably look in CoMo first.
