I feel like we're still reaping the ill effects of dragging our feet through a QB battle. Seems like Eason is having to develop a rapport with his receivers on the fly when he could have been getting into more of a rhythm with the offense during the preseason and early games of we would have let him take all the reps with the 1s. May just be splitting hairs at this point but can't help but wonder if things would have progressed a little quicker if we went into this season wth him as the lone starter.

Doubtful. Eason played plenty in the first 2 games before being given the starters role. He just hasn't yet developed that certain relationship with the team that gives them total confidence in him. Hopefully he can get that before Saturday.
