At the minimum the Nkemdiche issue was self inflicted. Probably a learning lesson for a young coach and why he has demonstrated a little more tough love this year.

Long story short, he is a CEO of a multi-million dollar enterprise. As such he needs to do what's in the best interest of the program. Sometimes that means cutting dead weight and bringing in new blood. No one can say that the trend on the defensive side of the ball since Allen left has been anything but down-ward as the kids he impacted graduated. This off season will have a significant ramifications on his tenure at Ole Miss. First resolving the NCAA persecution. Secondly making decisive decisions about the coaching staff. I like "the family/Christian atmosphere" but people are being paid very well for results that are not being attained....so be a steward of the program and make the necessary moves to attain your ultimate goals.
