All you'll get here is people agreeing with you without much of anything behind why or what's wrong with either. No sense talking deep or analyzing things when it just results in insults and false labels.

After 4 years, he still remains too stubborn, he works very hard, and I appreciate that, but his unwillingness to adapt will be his undoing.

I'm like Commodus, just trying to give the people what they want. and the people want blood.

Seriously though, we can talk about minutiae and analyze all aspects of the system to figure out why it doesn't work. Or we can look at the engineer of the system and see that he doesn't know how to make adjustments to compensate for the lack of success of the system.

There are some teams you just can't beat no matter what, due to injury, youth, etc. But you shouldn't lose to a team that is proven to be inferior in talent and results.

The fact that he same cog seems to fail week in and week out without improvement or adjustment makes me think that the engineer is too inept, or in Sumlin a case too drunk, to adapt.
