So the plan as I understand it is to fire Coach Jones -- which won't happen this or next year if we win 9 games at least.

Then, having disposed of Coach Jones, someone you fancy gets hired and takes 3-4 years to get "his players" on board so we can make a judgement as to his qualifications to beat Coach Saban and Bammer.

That takes us to about 2021.

By which Time Coach Saban will be retired.
