I would take him in a heartbeat. Great recruiter, had great connections, and as long as he was willing to somewhat modernize his offense I think he'd do very well here. Would probably win the East 3-4/5 years.

LOL good luck. Same stuff we heard for several years here. Even when they flat out told him last year you will lose your job if you dont change the offense, he didn't change the offense.
