You may be kidding with this shite post... But Pat Dye currently has a lawsuit filed against him for wrongful imprisonment of a man on his property in the wake of an automobile accident where Dye hit the man while falling asleep at the wheel.
The accuser said Dye detained him without his permission or acquiescence and over his objections, and he could not reasonably or practically leave the premises.
