I believe they only have 1 common opponent, so that isn't the best indicator.

It's the only indicator.

Otherwise, carry on comparing games Fournette played with a sprained ankle and include those stats.

It only makes Fournette's case stronger - including a game he played with a sprained ankle, against the 10th ranked rushing defense (and he STILL got >100 yards) - in a comparison with a RB who hasn't faced anyone.

LSU fans are so overly sensitive when it comes to Leonard. Everybody knows he's a pretty good RB, but he's never won anything at LSU. He'll be shut down again against Bama and that will be that. The end of a novel college career.

Let's get straight to the point. Who has more yards next week, Harris or Fournette?

It's the only similar competition, sure. But similar competition isn't everything. Comparing players is hard. But LF is better.

Harris has been hurt too. He left the Kent State game with an injury and played only sparingly against Kentucky because of it, though LF's was obviously worse as he missed games.

Alright, I guess we're going this.

Rushing Defenses Damien Harris has faced:
USC: 68th
Western Kentucky: 16th
Mississippi: 113th
Kent State: 52nd
Kentucky: 93rd
Arkansas: 111th
Tennessee: 108th
Texas A&M: 79th
Average: 80th

Average Rush Defense Leonard Fournette has faced:
Wisconsin: 10th
Mississippi State: 59th
Auburn: 30th
Mississippi: 113th
Average: 53rd

Certainly an advantage for Fournette. However, as I've already said, Fournette is clearly the better player. It isn't up for debate.
