Auburn's defense is the most improved unit in the conference, maybe even the nation.

Couldn't be. They have the best DC in the SEC.

Game against Ole Miss this weekend.

Thinking about Alabama.

Someone has little brother issues.

No doubt, Auburn's D has been VERY impressive this year.

Dline is beastly, and the secondary is doing a good job of covering guys up and working together.

God, I hope we get a fighters chance against LSU and Auburn. I hope the Bama players aren't too scared. I hope they just even show up.

AU did get to play a Cam and Les led offense. Artificially inflates the numbers

Y'know, statistically, Bama's D prior to the first game of the season was better than Bama's D today; they hadn't allowed a single point or yard.

At this point in the season a better sampling should also include the offensive strength progression (weekly) of the teams you place in juxtaposition to each other.

That doesn't fit your narrative though does it?

Enjoy Auburn's win from this past Saturday. It was indeed - epic.

This is a classic example of what another Auburn fan tried to lecture me about "cherry picking" stats. So rather than "cherry pick", let's look at more of the defensive stats.

TFL:

13. Alabama
T42. Auburn

Team Sacks:

1. Alabama
T42. Auburn

Fumbles Recovered:

T8. Alabama
T41. Auburn

Defensive TDs:

1. Alabama
Auburn? DNQ...minimum of 2 required.

Run defense:

1. Alabama
30. Auburn

Passes intercepted:

T31. Alabama
T98. Auburn
