OK, its a talent issue. BO is addressing that with some great recruiting, oh wait, no he's not. His defensive scheme dismantled a successful defense. He hired a DC with no experience. So the HC and DC are doing ojt. This works in the SEC because?

Its so Mizzou, hire the guy with the ifs, buts and maybes, and not hire someone with a proven resume and build on Pinkels success.

Actually the SEC has a bunch of schools that have hired first time HCs.
Some me examples Georgia, Kentucky, Florida with Muschamp, Vandy, MSU. Ole Miss hired a guy with only 1 year as a HC. Auburn did the same.
