He's been in and out of the boot lately ... but the boot should be coming completely off soon. He let's it breath, he's on crutches but he's working it.
He's also staying with an upper body program and doing the ortho rehab program on that leg ... he's got good doctors and therapists.
He's living in Chicago btw ... he just got his new apartment/condo last week I think, or the week before. He seems to like it up there.

I wonder if he's met Leroy Brown. I was once told he is the baddest man in that whole damn town. I am delirious.
