Works well in practice when you can work out the kinks as the experience is gained. Not so much when we can lose games over it. I firmly believe the coaching staff has given him some more conservative instructions on this. We are not treating these games as practice to bring him along as quick as possible by letting him learn from his mistakes so that we can possibly do really well in 2 years. Its all about winning a championship this year and you construct the game plan around your strengths.
