meh...LSU just plays at a different level when BAMA comes in. They recognize who BAMA is and where BAMA stands in CFB

2008 comes to mind (Our worst team in over 15 years). We had 5 losses, several atrocious losses including giving up 50+ points twice, but we took #1 ranked BAMA to OT (regulation ended 21-21)

Ever since that game I have been convinced that any LSU team with any semblance of high talent will keep the bama game in reach at home. No matter what BAMA team walks through the doors. That is not to say we will win, because obviously we have not been. But the opportunity will be there at the end I think
