From all indications, it starts with BO. It appears he's trying to be a positive, rah-rah, "I'm part of the team" guy.

When, in my humble opinion, he should be a hard-nosed disciplinarian who doesn't excuse away piss poor performance. He's a frickin' SEC football coach, not an advisor for the Golden Girls. No more arm-in-arm sensitivity crap, Barry! Get on their asses, starting with Moore, and expect 100% from all the players. Instead of the lukewarm pressers, time to say, "I'm damned disappointed with the play and we're going to start searching the bench for players who want to win."

I fear we're seeing another Kim Anderson.
