Absolutely no idea.

The ARSC has dismissed the challenge to 6, but hasn't ruled on 7, yet. My totally non-legal-expert self wouldn't be surprised if they strike down 7, which is a shame, because it seems to be more focused on the person and not the corporate interests.

HOWEVER, Six is also a constitutional amendment, while Seven is just a statute (which means the legislature can "fiddle" with it after it (presumably) passes)..

Thank you for the info. I want more and they need to get the word out on the votes better or half the folks will be confused on their ballot.
